Any scanner, no new workflow
You do not need to change systems to work with us. We accept digital impressions from any intraoral scanner, whether you send files directly or from your scanner’s portal. If you are not sure how to connect your scanner to a new lab, call us and we will walk through it with you.

How to send a scan
- Email the scan files, or send them from your scanner portal, to dentalcreationscad@gmail.com.
- Put the patient name or case ID in the subject line.
- Send the Rx to ron@dentalcreations.net, or attach our lab prescription form.
- We confirm receipt and flag anything we need before starting.
Getting a clean scan
The most common reasons a digital case stalls are a margin hidden by tissue or moisture, a missing bite, or holes in the scan near the prep. A quick look at the model before you send it saves a rescan later. Our article on sending digital scans to a dental lab has a full checklist.
Prefer conventional impressions?
That works too. We offer local pickup and delivery throughout Greater Boston, and practices further away can ship cases to the lab.
