Digital or conventional, getting a case to us is simple. Here is everything you need, and we are glad to walk you through your first one by phone.
Submit online
Upload scans, photos and your Rx, mark the teeth and shade, and the lab is notified right away.
Send the scan or impression
Email digital scans to dentalcreationscad@gmail.com, or we pick up physical impressions anywhere in Greater Boston.
Share the Rx
Send the prescription to ron@dentalcreations.net with material, shade and any notes for the case.
We fabricate and inspect
Your case is crafted by hand and personally checked before it leaves the lab. Most cases take 8 to 9 business days.

Local delivery across Greater Boston, or shipping wherever you practice.
Digital scans
We accept digital impressions from any intraoral scanner. Email scan files, or send them from your scanner’s portal, to dentalcreationscad@gmail.com. Include the patient name or case ID in the subject so we can match the scan to the Rx.
Your prescription (Rx)
Send the Rx to ron@dentalcreations.net. A complete Rx helps us start right away:
- Patient name or ID, doctor name and practice
- Tooth numbers and restoration type
- Material preference (zirconia, e.max, PFM and alloy, or ask us)
- Target shade and stump shade, plus photos with a shade tab in frame
- Implant system, platform and connection for implant cases
- Requested due date, especially for rush cases
Physical impressions and models
We offer local pickup and delivery throughout the Greater Boston area. Call 781.853.0777 to schedule a pickup. Practices outside our delivery area can ship cases to:

Turnaround and rush cases
Most cases are completed within 8 to 9 business days. Rush service is often possible. Contact us ahead of time so we can confirm timing.
Shade appointments
For high-esthetic cases, patients can visit the lab for a custom shade match, or we can come to your office.
