Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of dentalcreationsinc.com (the “site”), operated by Dental Creations, Inc. (“Dental Creations,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the site, including the contact form and online case submission, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who the site is for

The site is intended for licensed dental professionals, their practices and authorized staff. By submitting a case or inquiry, you confirm that you are a licensed dental professional or are authorized to act on behalf of one. We do not provide services directly to patients.

2. Information on the site

Content on the site, including Lab notes articles, is general information for dental professionals. It is not clinical advice for a specific patient, and clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating dentist. We may update or remove content at any time.

3. Online case submission

When you submit a case or upload files, you agree that:

  • You are authorized to share the information and files, including any patient information, with Dental Creations for the purpose of fabricating the prescribed restoration.
  • You will share only the patient information needed for the case, using initials or a case ID where possible.
  • The prescription, scans, impressions and other materials you provide are accurate and complete, and you will confirm any details we ask about before fabrication.
  • Your files do not contain malicious code and do not infringe anyone else’s rights.

Submitting a case online is a request for service. A case is accepted once we have reviewed it. We may decline or hold a case that is incomplete, unclear or outside the services we offer, and we will contact you if we need more information. Turnaround times on the site are typical, not guaranteed; rush service depends on lab capacity and is confirmed directly with you. We are not responsible for delays or results caused by files that are corrupted, incomplete or incompatible, or by inaccurate prescriptions or impressions.

4. Warranty and satisfaction

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are unsatisfied with the fit or function of a restoration, contact us promptly for review. Remakes or adjustments are provided according to our quality and warranty guidelines, and we determine the eligibility and scope of warranty claims after reviewing the case.

5. Refunds

Because restorations are custom-made for individual patients, refunds are generally not available once fabrication has begun. In the event of a lab error or confirmed quality issue, we may offer a remake, credit or partial refund. See our refund policy for details.

6. Shipping and delivery

We offer local pickup and delivery in the Greater Boston area. Cases shipped outside our delivery area are sent with reputable carriers. We are not responsible for delays, damage or loss caused by third-party carriers, but we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve any issue. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and handling instructions.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, uploading malicious files, or submitting false or unlawful content.

8. Intellectual property

The site’s content, including its text, logos and images, belongs to Dental Creations, Inc. or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. You keep ownership of the files and information you submit, and you give us permission to use them to provide our services.

9. Third-party services and links

We use third-party providers to host the site and deliver email, as described in our Privacy Policy. Links to other websites, such as map directions, are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the site’s availability, accuracy or completeness. This does not limit the warranty on our restorations described in section 4.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dental Creations, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
